You could use the “style” property to style your fonts…
Is that in widgets?
Found it under widgets and in widget title it says:
font-family: tahoma, arial, sans-serif;
font-size: 140%;
Under widget content it says:
font-family: tahoma, arial, sans-serif;
font-size: 100%;
We tried to put bold in but unsuccessfully
add: font-weight: bold;

Hi – I’m trying to download another theme to try but when I go to Showcase I find I am unable to dwonload the them for uploading.
If I try to log in there – it says – username not recognised and does not accept the name I have used to log in in the first place.
We have uploaded two other themes to try from the showcase without encountering these problems.
Any ideas please?

I am actually trying to find a theme that will allow us to have numerous editors who can log in and add content, but to only the page they have been allocated with a password only changeable by Admin (us)
No it didn’t.
We have downloaded them before then uploaded to our web host for some reason it doesn’t work now.
You can let others be contributors from admin, then change the setting not to allow everybody to register.
Result: you will have only few users registered (the ones you approve) and they’ll be able to post on your blog.
Also, you may want to check wordpress mu (multiuser). It allows you to let each of your users have their own blog (like user.wordpress.com)

Hi, I volunteered to update a website for a camp, and successfully installed wp using cpanel–all I did was click a button, and it took care of the rest–but now I’m having trouble with permissions to create a directory to install the theme I’d like to use. The host gave the owner name apache to all the wordpress files. (I know I didn’t type in apache, that’s for sure, I would never have thought to do so.) I hear that the owner should remain nobody. Can you tell me if there is a way I can change the owner name on the wp files, and how to do so step by step? I’m using filezilla and/or fileman. Nothing works for me on either right now. Your help would be much appreciated.

I have a working homepage with a tab called HOME. I want to add a new tab called SEO but have not yet found how to do it. Later I will want to add a new tab PROFILE . I need to do SEO first, and find out how it’s done. Nothing I have tried works so far.

Simply add new pages and they will appear as tabs, of course, if you’re using the right theme.

When I go to my admin to log in now it tells me I have the wrong name and when I try to get it reset it says they can’t find my email. I am just learning how to build webs but I am sure having problems with word-press. Any ideas?
Yea, WP has a little bug when it comes to resetting passwords. You need to go into your phpmyadmin and replace the original key with one more URL friendly.
Hi, I have a website which has a membersonly area (requiring user to login). I want to run a WP blog from in here without having to login a second time to WP (which is what Im currently having to do). How can I pass the user login from the membership login to WP so they are automatically logged into the blog?

You could have your members role set to “editors”, then for each post you want to protect, set its visibility to “private”.
The problem now is the editors could edit content and I don’t know if it’s ok with you.
You could test that though.
I had to have my computer reimaged and I lost my word press and the only way I know how to get to it. So now, I’m trying to reinstall wordpress and get back to my blog but I figure out how to do it. Another major issue is I can’t remember my user name and password for wrodpress, so they would send it to me, to my blog e-mail, which I also don’t know the password for. I have created quite a litte mess. Help?

Why does google analytics provide a lower number in visits to my site than word press does?…Not sure if im asking this question correctly – like what is it that you guys are looking at differently that I’m google analytics isnt…another example is top sources to my site (google analytics says direct vists are the drivers to my site, yet wordpress says Twitter is my highest source)..help!
I couldn’t say why is that, I’m not representing either WP nor Google :)
