For those of you who asked for a tweetme button valid for other platforms (other than wordpress), good news. It’s here.

Installation instructions:

• download the zip from here
• inside that zip there’s an index.html file. Open it with notepad or whatever and select everything inside
• paste the copied text into your pages (of course, if your platform supports this – it’s best to ask first)
• you’re good to go

I just finished my newest plugin named “TweetMe”.

Features:

• it adds a tweet me button at the end of each post (just like it does on this post)
• it automatically sends you to your update page on twitter (after that you just have to push submit)
• it automatically shrinks the URL to a short one (so you don’t have to worry about the 140 chars limit anymore)
• all your visitors will be able to share your URL on twitter with a total of 2 clicks
• it’s very light (only few kb… ridiculous small actually)
